I've always dreamed of owning my own business, especially with retail. The idea of a Maternity Consignment Store came about when I was expecting about 3 years ago.  As soon as friends and family heard the great news I had bags and boxes of clothing at my door, most items still had tags attached. I couldn't understand why everyone just wanted to throw their maternity wear at me. Unfortunately, my pregnancy ended in a loss. I lost my son Christian to premature birth. I couldn't bear to look at all the clothes or items that I had so I stuffed everything into a box and stored them away. Until a couple years ago I woke up one day and realized that I needed to stop feeling bad for myself. I knew my son was watching me and I had to do something to make him proud and to make sure another women would not suffer like I did. So I started my Angel Bears.  (check them out on the last page and please contact me if one is needed to be made)

Further down the road I realized I still had all these clothes and nothing to do with them. I called consignment shop to consignment shop.....not one store took maternity wear. And that is how my vision came about....

In today's economy I want to help the expecting mommies save some money, to help the new mommies make some money and to help the Angel mommies continue on.
